Bus Schedule (For Ceremony & Reception)
To the VenueThe wedding ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. Two buses will transport guests to the venue,
arriving by 3:45 PM.
Please note, while ubers may be available to take you to the venue, you will not be able to get an uber from the venue at the end of the evening. Please plan accordingly.
Bus #1 – Downtown Burlington Pick Up
For guests staying at:Hilton Garden Inn, Hotel Vermont, AC Hotel, Marriott Burlington
Harbor, Blind Tiger Hotel, and downtown Burlington rentals
Pickup:Hilton Garden Inn, 101 Main Street, Burlington
Be there: 2:50 PM
Departure: 3:00 PM
This bus will go directly to Maquam Barn & Winery.
Bus #2 – South Burlington & Colchester Pick Ups
Please note, Bus #2 has two different pickups.
Pickup #1:
DoubleTree Hotel
870 Williston Road, South Burlington
For guests staying at: Hampton Inn and Winooski rentals
Be there: 2:50 PM
Departure: 3:00 PM
Pickup #2:
Hampton Inn
42 Lower Mountain View Dr, Colchester
For guests staying atThe DoubleTree, Homewood Suites, and South Burlington rentals
Be there:3:00 PM
Pickup: 3:10 PM
Please be ready at the designated times so the buses can arrive at the venue by 3:45 PM
Getting Home
9:00 PM – Early Bus
An early return bus will be available for guests who would like to leave early. Hotel stops will be
based on the guests riding.
10:45 PM – Bus #1- Downtown Burlington Drop off
Returns to the Hilton Garden Inn, with a stop in Winooski for guests attending the after-party at
Specs Cafe-Bar, 7 W Canal Street.
10:45 PM – Bus #2- Colchester + South Burlington Drop Off
Stops at the Hampton Inn, Specs Cafe-Bar (if needed), and then the DoubleTree Hotel.
*After-PartyAll are welcome at Specs Cafe-Bar in Winooski. Guests attending the after-party will need to
